Coffee is best stored in a cool, dry place. To keep your coffee longer keep refrigerated, but never freeze it.
A general guideline for the amount of grounds can be called the "Golden Ratio" - one to two tablespoons of ground coffee for every six ounces of water. This can be adjusted to suit individual taste preferences.
